Thanks for the great info, when I ran for city council a couple of years ago, one of my ideas was to adopt a center median on Pierpont blvd. Its great to see Larrys work and I hope that it takes off and spreads down the road.

I just took a look at Charter’s order confirmation. I guess I’m going to have to call them – there are several charges that are different than the ones I agreed to on the phone call. Not unreasonable, just different.
